This is an LGB 44760 Pennsylvania Hopper Car. In new, unused condition. No scratches or damage noticed. Comes with it's original red box and unopened handrail packaged and will be carefully packed when shipped out to you. This item is also being sold "AS-IS" with returns not being accepted so please ask questions before bidding. SHIPPING Shipping is done Monday thru Friday only. Shipping charges are based on total weight and your ship to address. If you are buying multiple items please let me know. I do combine items when possible to save on shipping costs and will send a revised invoice upon request. All items will be shipped via insured USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Insurance coverage is required and will already be included in the shipping cost. I generally ship items the next day but please do allow up to 2 days for your item to ship. Local pick up is available....but only if you ask nicely. PAYMENTS Payments via Paypal are preferred. Payments must be made in full within 7 days after auction ends. Other forms of payments may be accepted only if prior arrangements have been made. Cash only on local pick up. RETURN POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and only for items that are defective or grossly misrepresented. Refunds will not be given for buyers remorse or for items that are returned heavily used or damaged. Any items returned after 7 days or returned without first contacting me before mailing item back will be refused and sent back to you. Shipping damage is NOT covered by this policy and it will be the responsibility of the buyer to file a damage claim. I do not have replacement parts or the capability to repair your item if damage occurs during shipping.
